Trecia Francois - Buyer and Listing Specialist 

Trecia joined "The Rowell Team" in 1998 and works with Buyers and Sellers. She is dedicated to giving every Buyer and Seller quality service. From beginning to end, Trecia helps her clients with every aspect of the transaction and makes sure they are comfortable with their decision. Trecia and her husband, Danny, were married in 1984 and have 2 daughters, Courtney and Danielle. In her spare time, Trecia enjoys spending time with her family and involvement in her church. 

Joely Fletcher – Marketing Coordinator 

Joely is dedicated to making sure clients receive quality service while selling their homes.
With a commitment to timely and accurate information, she provides weekly feedback from showings and open houses. Joely and her husband, William married in 1997. They have one daughter, Natalie
 

Transaction Coordinator 

Neoma's assistant does multi-task and their job is to keep things running smoothly whether you are a Buyer that has purchased a home through "The Rowell Team" or a Seller that has listed a property with us. Once we have an accepted offer, my assistant's job is to make sure from an accepted offer on a property until the deal closes with efficiency and with the least amount of trouble to our Buyer's and Seller's!! My assistant’s main focus is to maintain "The Rowell Team" listings from listing to closing.  

Technology Director 

Our Team has great support from our Technology Coordinator. They strive to keep "The Rowell Team's" on-line presence as relevant and updated as possible. From maintaining websites to creating virtual tours to conducting email campaigns/email blasts on "The Rowell Team" listings. Our technology coordinator strives to make sure Neoma's Number1Expert website is of the "Best in the City of Little Rock". Just ask our out of town Buyer's, many have said so.
